Due to the high demand, you may only transfer to a different PAL or RPAL class if you provide 2 WEEKS NOTICE (based on availability of upcoming courses). If you are sick on the day of the course and unable to attend, you must provide a doctor's note to transfer you to another class.
THERE ARE NO WAITLISTS FOR ANY OF THE COURSES - All courses are first-come, first-serve; there are no waitlists or cancelation lists for any of the courses. Please check back regularly if you are looking for a course and call to book as soon as you see a date that works for you as they tend to fill up very quickly. Please note that while we try to keep the website course listings up to date, because they fill up so fast they may not reflect the available spots. Availability can be confirmed by calling 613-838-8828 or by following the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Please note that attendance is the responsibility of the customer and we DO NOT PROVIDE REMINDER CALLS. Please make sure to take note of your course date and time when we confirm it at registration.
